Authorities have charged Mohamed Konate with attempted murder, armed robbery and weapons offenses. Officials say the shooting happened near the City Place Shopping Center in Edgewater. Edgewater police were called to two locations in the town – the shopping center and near an Exxon gas station about a mile away – just after midnight Wednesday for the victims.
