NYC Will Charge Former Marine in Death of Jordan Neely

The 24-year-old subway rider who was seen in a video putting a homeless man in a fatal chokehold on a New York City train is expected to be charged in the incident as soon as Friday, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

Honestly, while I dont think racism was in play here, Penny should be charged with something due to the use of the chokehold which he had to know could lead to death. Whatever they do crage hin with, if it goes to trial there’s no way Penny can get a fair trial in NYC what with the politicalization of the whole thing by the Left.
