Jan. 6 Committee Issues Criminal Referral of Ex-Prez Trump, Including Violations of 4 Federal Statutes

The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol unanimously voted to refer former President Donald Trump for criminal charges. The unprecedented move on Monday is largely symbolic, as the Department of Justice will ultimately make the decision whether to charge Trump.

If this shit had any kind of validity to it they would have had more Republicans on the panel and they would’ve called up Ray Epps to testify. Other than that it’s all performance theater.
