Even with Elon Musk Now Running Things, Donald Trump Says He’s Not Returning to Twitter

Former President Donald Trump told Fox News on Monday that he won’t return to Twitter despite Tesla CEO Elon Musk acquiring the social media platform. The almost $44 billion acquisition was announced on Monday. “I am not going on Twitter, I am going to stay on TRUTH,” Trump said, referring to the social media platform he launched to compete with Twitter.

Trump has literally posted on Truth Social once. But then, considering how often he can be his own worse enemy when it’s all said and done it’s probably best for his own future political prospects that Trump stay off Twitter anyway.
