Georgetown Law to Put Libertarian Legal Scholar Ilya Shapiro on Administrative Leave for Daring to State Opinion on Biden’s Quota Hire for SCOTUS

Ilya Shapiro, who is facing an aggressive smear campaign for a series of  tweets about racial preferences in Supreme Court nominations that he acknowledges were poorly worded, has been placed on administrative leave from his new post at Georgetown Law pending an “investigation into whether he violated [the university’s] policies and expectations on professional conduct, non-discrimination, and anti-harassment,” according to an email that Bill Treanor, the dean of the law school, sent to the student body today.
