Florida Man with HIV Gets Only 2-Year Prison Sentence for Not Telling Sexual Partners

A Florida man who had sex with multiple women without telling them he was HIV-positive has been sentenced to two years in prison. At least two of the women were diagnosed with HIV after dating the man. Gentry Burns, 27, of Port Orange pleaded no contest Thursday to one count of uninformed HIV-infected sexual intercourse.

This is a disgrace. He should’ve gotten life in prison…at least. But since HIV is associated so much with the homosexual community (which is rampant with dudes knowingly passing on STDs to their partners), this guy receives a light sentence so as not to smear teh gheys. Then too, we all know that if he had knowingly passed on COVID instead of HIV, his ass would be locked up for a much longer time.
