Newsmax Anchor Walks Off the Set After Trying to Stop a Raging Mike Lindell from Spewing Conspiracies About Voting Machines
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has been pushing all sorts of insane conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, including nonsense about voting machines. And Lindell tried to reiterate some of those claims in a Newsmax appearance Tuesday talking about his Twitter ban. But, you might remember, Newsmax recently aired a fact-check of claims about Dominion and Smartmatic — given legal threats from both companies to a variety of individuals and media outlets — and so it was perhaps no surprise that anchor Bob Sellers frantically jumped in to push back.
Having overcome drug addiction to become a millionaire, Mike Lindell embodies the American success story of reaching your goals in life via hard work and determination. And when he was being made fun of for his Christian views coupled with being a Trump supporter by the liberal press, he was easy to root for. Now however, Lindell has become a total nutcase, especially after openly wishing that Trump declare martial law to overturn the 2020 election with a single shred of evidence. That said, this is just hard to watch and if Lindell’s going to continue to offer up nothing but conspiracy theories, he just needs to stay off TV and concentrate on his company.
