Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Has Died at Age 87 from Cancer

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court and a pioneering advocate for women’s rights, who in her ninth decade became a much younger generation’s unlikely cultural icon, died on Friday. She was 87. The cause was complications of metastatic pancreas cancer, the Supreme Court said.
